Geotechnics and Foundations

Teleios currently provides consultancy and design services in the field of geotechnical characterization and design of foundations (shallow and deep) and land support for civil structures (residential buildings, production facilities, etc.).
Other services concern site effects analysis and slopes (stability analysis, risk mitigation interventions).

Geotechnical characterization and modelling
Teleios has an international experience in the design, management and other consulting activities in the field of geotechnical soil modeling.

Design of foundations and supporting works
Teleios has a solid experience in the design of shallow and deep foundations, considering among the different solutions that, case by case, is the most optimized. In recent years Teleios has focused heavily on the use of so-called “piled raft foundations”, or mixed foundations in the sense of the Italian standard, that is a foundation in which stalls and poles collaborate precisely in the search for the optimal balance between safety and performance of the work and its cost.

Currently, Teleios also deals with soil support systems (walls, bulkheads, diaphragms) employing specific geotechnical software of advanced level.
The company also participated as a technical consultant in the development of projects for the construction of wind farms.
