The settlement and unification of research and analysis laboratories.<br \/>2. Centralization of the activity of remote control of its networks extended on the regional territory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I SECTION &#8211; STRUCTURAL WORKS<\/strong><br \/>It involved the design of internal structural works including a metal deck of about 730 square meters and an elevated portion of about 110 square meters. The structural conception that has driven the choices has been to create seismic-resistant elements in metal structure with frame schemes to complete restoration of continuity also able to cope with static loads applied on important lights in order to interfere as little as possible with the architectural layout. The choice of the profiles has been conditioned by the respect of the limit states of damage and of the limit states of exercise. In order to protect against hammering phenomena, the new structures are appropriately spaced from the existing ones. Regarding the foundations it has been opted for the deep type on micropiles in order not to interfere on the existing foundations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II SECTION &#8211; BUILDING FINISHING AND PLANT WORKS<\/strong><br \/>The 2nd part of the works is related to the building finishing and plant works that brings to completion the work through the construction of the remote control room, its CED and services in addition to new laboratories. The remote control room, about 400 square meters, occupies a double volume extending for the entire height of the shed because of the presence of the large video wall. The remote control room and its CED representing the new regional pole remote control networks and systems (the largest in Italy and among the most advanced in Europe) and is characterized by fine finishing elements. L'insediamento e l'unificazione di laboratori di ricerca ed analisi.<br \/>2. Centralizzazione dell'attivit\u00e0 di telecontrollo delle proprie reti estese sul territorio regionale.<\/p><p><strong>I STRALCIO - OPERE STRUTTURALI<\/strong><br \/>Ha riguardato la progettazione di opere strutturali interne comprendenti un impalcato metallico di circa 730mq ed una porzione sopraelevata di circa 110mq. La concezione strutturale che ha pilotato le scelte \u00e8 stata quella di creare degli elementi sismo resistenti in struttura metallica con schemi a telaio a completo ripristino di continuit\u00e0 capaci anche di far fronte ai carichi statici applicati su luci importanti in modo da interferire il meno possibile con i layout architettonici. La scelta dei profili \u00e8 stata condizionata dal rispetto degli stati limite di danno e degli stati limite d'esercizio. Al fine di tutelarsi dai fenomeni di martellamento le nuove strutture sono opportunamente distanziate da quelle esistenti. Relativamente alle fondazioni si \u00e8 optato perla tipologia profonda su micropali in modo da non interferire sulle fondazioni esistenti.<\/p><p><strong>II STRALCIO - OPERE DI FINITURA EDILI ED IMPIANTISTICHE<\/strong><br \/>Il 2\u00b0 stralcio lavori \u00e8 relativo alle opere di finitura edile ed alle opere impiantistiche che porta a compimento l'opera mediante la realizzazione della sala telecontrollo, il relativo CED e servizi oltre ai nuovi laboratori. La sala telecontrollo, di circa 400mq, occupa un doppio volume estendendosi per tutta l'altezza del capannone per via della presenza del grande videowall. La sala telecontrollo e relativo CED rappresentando il nuovo polo regionale telecontrollo reti e impianti (il pi\u00f9 grande in Italia e tra i pi\u00f9 evoluti in Europa) ed \u00e8 caratterizzata da elementi di finitura di pregio.
