Foundation structures<\/strong><br \/>According to the characterization of the ground, a ribbed slab type has been foreseen in order to contain the differential settlements and face the reductions of capacity in seismic conditions. The pillars of the arcades with wooden structure are founded on isolated plinths given the lower static stress.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RESCENTO_1.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;RESCENTO_1&#8243; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;2. Elevated Structures<\/strong><br \/>The structures in elevation are constituted by spatial frames of beams and pillars in reinforced concrete which is entrusted with the function of resisting seismic actions. The floors are of unidirectional type in concrete with the exception of the floors falling in the hall and in the portion of the attic of one of the two villas. The latter have been provided with a full plate both as a result of the architectural need to obtain an open environment, with important lights (up to 9.0 m) and the presence of the stairwell to complicate any warping of a floor to behavior unidirectional and for the geometric limit deliberately imposed on the width of the beams in thickness belonging to seismic-resistant frames.<br \/>The wooden roof is supported by inclined pitch beams and eaves beams having &#8220;L&#8221; sections variously shaped to follow the architectural conformations.<br \/>The planimetric disposition of the structures creates a quite regular flat figure of pseudo rectangular shape, however some planimetric dissymmetries, the altimetrical dissymmetries due to the garages and the presence of full plate floors create sensible, but not excessive, differences in structural behavior between the two housing units. From the point of view of loads, the possibility of creating a loft inside the garage has been foreseen. The energy necessary to the functioning of the system is produced by autonomous gas boilers with hot water production. Strutture in fondazione<br \/><\/strong>In funzione della caratterizzazione del terreno \u00e8 stata prevista una tipologia a platea nervata, al fine di contenere i cedimenti differenziali e far fronte alle riduzioni di portata in condizioni sismiche. I pilastri dei porticati a struttura lignea sono fondati su plinti isolati dato il minore cimento statico.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RESCENTO_1.jpg\" title_text=\"RESCENTO_1\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=\"2. Strutture in elevazione<br \/><\/strong>Le strutture in elevazione sono costituite da telai spaziali di travi e pilastri in c.c.a. ai quali \u00e8 affidata la funzione di resistere alle azioni sismiche. I solai sono di tipo unidirezionale in laterocemento ad eccezione dei solai ricadenti nella sala e nella porzione di sottotetto di una delle due ville. Questi ultimi sono stati previsti a piastra piena sia in seguito all\u2019esigenza architettonica di ottenere un ambiente aperto, con luci importanti (sino a 9.0 m) e presenza del vano scala a complicare le eventuali orditure di un solaio a comportamento unidirezionale sia per il limite geometrico volutamente imposto sulla larghezza delle travi in spessore appartenenti a telai sismoresistenti.<br \/>La copertura in legno \u00e8 sostenuta da travi di falda inclinate e travi di gronda aventi sezioni ad \u201cL\u201d variamente sagomate per seguire le conformazioni architettoniche.<br \/>La disposizione planimetrica delle strutture crea una figura piana abbastanza regolare di forma pseudo rettangolare, tuttavia alcune dissimmetrie planimetriche, le dissimmetrie altimetriche dovute alle autorimesse e la presenza dei solai a piastra piena creano sensibili, ma non eccessive, difformit\u00e0 di comportamento strutturale tra le due unit\u00e0 abitative. Dal punto di vista dei carichi \u00e8 stata prevista la possibilit\u00e0 di creare un soppalco all\u2019interno dell\u2019autorimessa. La costruzione occupa un\u2019area di dimensioni planimetriche principali pari a 25x12 m si eleva per tre piani fuori terra raggiungendo un\u2019altezza massima sul colmo pari a circa 10.0 m.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RESIDENZIALE_Cento01.jpg\" title_text=\"RESIDENZIALE_Cento01\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RESIDENZIALE-_Cento02.jpg\" title_text=\"RESIDENZIALE _Cento02\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" hover_enabled=\"0\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" sticky_enabled=\"0\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=\"3. Impianti<br \/><\/strong>Sono stati previsti i seguenti impianti:<\/p><ul><li>Impianto di riscaldamento a radiatori e pannelli radianti.<br \/>L\u2019edificio \u00e8 stato suddiviso in singole unit\u00e0 immobiliari dotate ciascuna di impianto di riscaldamento autonomo. L\u2019energia necessaria al funzionamento dell\u2019impianto viene prodotta da caldaie autonome a gas con produzione di acqua calda.
