The original structure project dates back to 1970.<br \/>The guiding criteria for the design of the new structural elements were as follows:<br \/>1. Respect for the existing structural design in terms of constraints and load bearing arrangements;<br \/>2. Use of significantly lighter structures in order to achieve a seismic improvement assessable with the reduction of seismic masses equal to 40% at the level of the roof.<\/p>\n<p>The new structures follow the existing load warps therefore the veils 2-3-4 have orthogonal warps compared to the veil n.l. The constraint systems are similar to the existing ones therefore all the veils have the three prevented translations on one end and a free translation along the warp on the other end. The canopies are made with Monier type trusses, placed at a constant distance between centres equal to l.30m in the direction of the warping, and transversal elements having a stabilizing and architectural function to create a square mesh of 1.30x l.30m. On the planimetric mesh of the trusses are obtained the areas occupied by the glazing of the veils and the blind areas made of corrugated sheet metal floors and cast collaborating for a total thickness of 90mm. The spans involved are as follows:<br \/>1. <strong>Velario n.3<\/strong>: average light of the main trusses is about 12.20m; light of the transversal trusses is about 10.40m;<br \/>2. <strong>Velario n.1<\/strong>: average light main trusses equal to 11.SO m plus a cantilevered portion beyond the beam in e.a. equal to l.SOm about; light transverse trusses equal to 7.80m about. The structural scheme of the main truss is simply supported beam with an overhang at one end similar to the existing structure scheme.<br \/>3. <strong>Velario n.4<\/strong>: medium light trusses main equal to 11.SOm approximately; light trusses transverse equal to 2.60m approximately;<br \/>4. <strong>Velario n.2<\/strong>: average light main trusses equal to 8.20m about; light transverse trusses equal to 2.60m about.<\/p>\n<p>The anchorages to the existing structures are realized through systems of chemical anchorage. The translations along the longitudinal axis of the main trusses are realized by means of asciate plates.<br \/>The structural analysis and the current checks on the profiles have been carried out using the Win-Strand 2009 calculation code produced by ENEXSYS S.r.l. Via Tizzano 46\/2 Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna) and the post-processor dedicated to steel structures called Win AciVer. Le strutture esistenti oggetto di demolizione erano a loro volta inserite in un contesto struttura le composto da elementi appartenenti a due edifici attigui, in particolare le travate di supporto dei velari in vetrocemento risultano in semplice appoggio sulle travi dei suddetti edifici in modo da trasmettere solamente carichi verticali.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\"1_2\" _builder_version=\"4.9.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/cassa-di-risparmio-di-cento-pianta.jpg\" title_text=\"cassa-di-risparmio-di-cento-pianta\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\"4.9.7\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][et_pb_column type=\"4_4\" _builder_version=\"4.9.7\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.9.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p>Il livello di conoscenza delle strutture esistenti era fornito da elaborati strutturali e di calcolo relativi alla zona d'intervento da i quali \u00e8 stato possibile ricavare le informazioni necessarie per rilevare le caratteristiche geometriche e di vincolo principali degli elementi da demolire, nonch\u00e9 informazioni relative all'analisi dei carichi. Il progetto struttura le originario risaliva all'anno 1970.<br \/>I criteri guida per la progettazione dei nuovi elementi strutturali sono stati i seguenti:<br \/>1. Rispetto della concezione strutturale esistente in termini di vincolamenti ed orditure di carico;<br \/>2. Impiego di strutture notevolmente pi\u00f9 leggere al fine di conseguire un miglioramento sismico valutabile con la riduzione delle masse sismiche pari al 40% a livello della copertura.<\/p><p>Le nuove strutture seguono le orditure di carico esistenti pertanto i velari 2-3-4 hanno orditure ortogonali rispetto al velario n.l. I sistemi di vincolo sono analoghi a quelli esistenti pertanto tutti i velari hanno le tre traslazioni impedite su un'estremit\u00e0 ed una traslazione libera lungo l'orditura sull'altra estremit\u00e0. I velari sono realizzati con capriate tipo Monier, poste ad interasse costante pari a l.30m nel verso dell'orditura, ed elementi trasversali aventi funzione di stabilizzazione ed architettonica per creare una maglia quadrata da 1.30x l.30m . Sulla maglia planimetrica delle capriate sono ricavate le aree occupate dalle vetrature dei velari e le aree cieche realizzate con solai in lamiera grecata e getto collaborante per uno spessore totale di 90mm. Le luci in gioco sono le seguenti:<br \/>1. <strong>Velario n.3<\/strong>: luce media capriate principali pari a 12.20m circa; luce capriate trasversali pari a 10.40m circa;<br \/>2. <strong>Velario n.1<\/strong>: luce media capriate principali pari a 11.SO m circa pi\u00f9 una porzione a sbalzo oltre la trave in e.a. pari a l.SOm circa; luce capriate trasversa li pari a 7.80m circa. Lo schema strutturale della capriata principale \u00e8 di trave semplicemente appoggiata con sbalzo ad una estremit\u00e0 analogamente allo schema struttura le esistente.<br \/>3. <strong>Velario n.4<\/strong>: luce media capriate principali pari a 11.SOm circa; luce capriate trasversali pari a 2.60m circa;<br \/>4. <strong>Velario n.2<\/strong>: luce media ca priate principali pari a 8.20m circa; luce capriate trasversali pari a 2.60m circa.<\/p><p>Gli ancoraggi alle strutture esistenti sono realizzati mediante sistemi di ancoraggio chimico. Le traslazioni lungo l'asse longitudinale delle capriate principali sono realizzati mediante piastre asciate.<br \/>L'analisi strutturale e le verifiche correnti sui profili \u00e8 stata condotta utilizzando il codice di calcolo Win-Strand 2009 prodotto dalla ENEXSYS S.r.l. Via Tizzano 46\/2 Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna) ed il post processore dedicato alle strutture in acciaio denominato Win AciVer.
