Geotechnical Model<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The construction of the geotechnical model is aimed at obtaining the parameters that will be used in the design of the foundations of the new production shed owned by Rocca Zincature to be built in Via di Vittorio n.\u00b029-31, in Crespellano, Municipality of Valsamoggia (BO).<br \/>The geotechnical model illustrated here, obtained following the interpretation of all the geognostic investigations conducted, is intended to provide indications regarding the lithology and the main resistance and deformability parameters of the soil under examination.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/modello-geotecnico-progetto-fondazioni-stabilimento-rocca.png&#8221; title_text=&#8221;modello-geotecnico-progetto-fondazioni-stabilimento-rocca&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;3. Canopy, shelter and tunnel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The canopy and the shelter are two elevated structures made entirely of steel with a cover made of sandwich panels.<br \/>The connections between the different profiles constituting the elevated structure are guaranteed by bolted unions; the connection with the foundation structure is guaranteed by a dual system composed of grouting with chemical anchors and anchor bolts integral with the foundation structure.<br \/>The tunnel connects the new building to the existing plant. Geometry of foundations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The foundations of the shed are made of plinths connected with connecting beams which are larger on the edge of the shed in order to act also as panel-holding beams.<br \/>The foundation plinths consist of a foundation slab cast on site and a lower slab.<br \/>The slabs of the plinths are of variable dimensions.<br \/>The foundation apparatus of the connection tunnel is made up of a grid of beams 0.8m wide and 0.7m thick.<br \/>A plan is attached to help understand the geometry of the grid.<br \/>The beam grid connects six of the eight pylons. Tettoia, pensilina e tunnel<\/strong><\/p><p>La tettoia e la pensilina sono due strutture in elevazione realizzata interamente in acciaio con una copertura realizzata mediante pannelli sandwich.<br \/>Le connessioni tra i diversi profili costituenti la struttura in elevazione sono garantite da unioni bullonate; il collegamento con la struttura di fondazione \u00e8 garantita da un sistema duale composto da inghisaggi con ancoranti chimici e tirafondi solidali con la struttura di fondazione.<br \/>Il tunnel collega il fabbricato di nuova costruzione allo stabilimento esistente. Geometria fondazioni<\/strong><\/p><p>Le fondazioni del capannone sono costituite da plinti collegati con travi di collegamento che sul bordo del capannone risultano di dimensioni maggiori in modo da fungere anche da travi portapannello.<br \/>I plinti di fondazione sono costituiti da un bicchiere di fondazione gettato in opera e da una soletta inferiore.<br \/>Le <strong>solette dei plinti<\/strong> risultano di dimensioni variabili.<br \/>L\u2019apparato fondale del <strong>tunnel di collegamento<\/strong> \u00e8 costituito da un reticolo di travi di larghezza 0.8m e spessore 0.7m.<br \/>Si allega una pianta per far comprendere la geometria del reticolo.<br \/>Il reticolo di travi collega sei degli otto pilastrini.
