BUILDING 1<\/strong><br \/>In the existing building 1, the foundations of new works foreseen inside, a freight elevator and a staircase in particular, have to be realized. Two superficial plinths of the following dimensions have been provided:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Freight elevator: plinth 3.55m x 3.55m x 0.4m<\/li>\n<li>Stairs: plinth 4.75m x 4.3m x0.55m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The two foundations are set at an elevation of -3.97m from the finished floor of Building 1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. BUILDING 2<\/strong><br \/>Building 2, a new construction, has a surface foundation consisting of inverted beams, with a slab 140 cm or 180 cm wide (depending on the magnitude of the transmitted loads) and 30 cm thick and with a rib 80 cm wide and 50 cm thick.<br \/>The foundation shall be set at an elevation of -1.35 m from the finished floor of Building 2.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;fondazioni-five-bologna&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;3. BUILDING 3<\/strong><br \/>On the basis of the geotechnical investigations carried out in situ, the project of the foundations of the building identified with the name &#8220;Building 3&#8221; that will be built in the new plant in Via Cerodolo n.2\/3, Bologna (BO) has been carried out.<br \/>This building is an office building, with 5 floors above ground and has a seismic-resistant structure made of reinforced concrete frames.<br \/>The foundations were calculated according to non-traditional criteria, now contemplated also by the technical standards NTC2008 at paragraph 6.4.3.3; in particular reference was made to mixed foundations, or as it is more correct to say, piled raft foundations [PRF].<br \/>With a traditional project, instead, in case we have to\/want to use piles for any reason (insufficient bearing capacity of the surface slab, excessive sagging of the same, particular geotechnical conditions, etc.) it is necessary to entrust 100% of the load to them, thus neglecting the contribution offered by the connection slab which, being placed directly on the ground, discharges a sensible part of the load on it.<br \/>The Teleios study has developed an automatic calculation process that follows the PDR method, which can be seen as an evolution of it as it considers the non-linearity of the behavior of the piles (Fiorelli &amp; Franceschini, 2014).<br \/>Note in the following figure how, compared to the tri-linear constitutive bond of the bibliographic PDR, its refinement contemplates, in the range of interaction between piles and slab, a non-linear response of the piled raft.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-grafico.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;fondazioni-five-bologna-grafico&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.10.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>45 continuous helix CFA piles with a diameter of 500 mm placed at 2500 mm spacing, equal to 5 times their diameter, have been foreseen. The net length of these piles is 20.0 m.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-palo.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;fondazioni-five-bologna-palo&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-sezione-y.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;fondazioni-five-bologna-sezione-y&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.10.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>A comparison was made in terms of subsidence between the PDR (bibliographic version and Teleios modified version) and the geotechnical finite element calculation software PLAXIS 2D.<br \/>From the FEM calculation, using nonlinear constitutive models of the materials (soil, in particular) and also nonlinear numerical solvers, with successive load increments, the following deformed configuration was obtained:<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-plaxis.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;fondazioni-five-bologna-plaxis&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/tabella-configurazione-carico-five.png&#8221; title_text=&#8221;tabella-configurazione-carico-five&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.10.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Calculation of the foundation using the PDR method resulted in a constant settlement, equal to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calculation in LINEAR regime of the pile-soil complex: \u03b4 = 43.7 mm<\/li>\n<li>Calculation in NON-LINEAR regime of the pile-soil complex: \u03b4 = 17.5 mm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This last approach is the one developed within Teleios and consists in a non-linear development of the analytical method PDR (from the name of the authors, Poulos, Davis &amp; Randolph).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-cedimento-verticale.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;fondazioni-five-bologna-cedimento-verticale&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;||5px||false|false&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.10.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The order of magnitude of failure is optimally found by the PDR analytical method.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;4. BUILDING 3 SHOP AND BUILDING 4<\/strong><br \/>According to the geomechanical characteristics of the ground and the loads transmitted by the elevated structures, a foundation typology consisting of reinforced concrete plinths supported by 250 mm diameter valved micropiles, length L = 19.0 m and valved in the last 4.0 m, was chosen for both buildings.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-micropalo.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;fondazioni-five-bologna-micropalo&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;5. CFA Pile Technology<\/strong><br \/>Continuous helix CFA piles were used in this project.<br \/>Continuous helix technology has the fundamental aspect of reduced soil removal compared to traditional drilled piles.<br \/>The soil, in fact, remains essentially in its initial condition as it does not undergo the detensioning linked to the excavation of the hole.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-tecnologia-palo.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;fondazioni-five-bologna-tecnologia-palo&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-lavorazioni-in-cantiere.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;fondazioni-five-bologna-lavorazioni-in-cantiere&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.11&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;6. Tecnologia palo CFA&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.10.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>The classic execution procedure is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>positioning of the drilling equipment;<\/li>\n<li>start of excavation with the tool in rotation and continuous and automatic advancement;<\/li>\n<li>once the final depth has been reached, the opening of the tool tip is commanded and the pile is cast, again using a computerized automatic ascent system: during the casting phase, the concrete is introduced through the hollow shaft and fills the volume previously occupied by the ground. The introduction of the concrete takes place in a continuous and controlled way at the same time as the gradual lifting of the tool. In the CFA pole there is not therefore a phase of open hole to fill with concrete, but it is the same concrete that creates the space to fill, always pushing upwards with a positive pressure the base of the tool;<\/li>\n<li>once the casting is finished, the pile head is carefully cleaned to lay the metal reinforcement, which is done with the hole filled with concrete;<\/li>\n<li>the only volume of soil removed is that which remains trapped in the helix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Micro-pile technology<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Given the peculiarities of these piles, especially with regard to the injection and formation of the valved section, the main phases of realization are briefly described below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drilling conducted by rotation. Where cemented material is encountered, roto-percussion is used.<\/li>\n<li>Self-supported drilling. If necessary, support the walls of the hole to be made by means of a metal casing of adequate diameter and thickness. The use of bentonite mud is forbidden.<\/li>\n<li>Drilling length at least 20 cm longer than the theoretical one shown in the drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Clean the hole once the drilling is completed.<\/li>\n<li>Micropile reinforcement consisting of metal tubing laid in pieces joined by external sleeves of length greater than or equal to 200 mm, threaded at full height, with a useful steel section equal to the nominal section of the tubing.<\/li>\n<li>In-situ welding of reinforcing tubes is not permitted.<\/li>\n<li>Reinforcing pipe closed at the bottom with a metal bottom.<\/li>\n<li>The part of the pipe equipped with sleeve valves for the injection of second phase under pressure is indicated in the drawing.<\/li>\n<li>Sleeve valves: rubber sleeves at least 3.5 mm thick, adhering to the pipe and held in place by steel wire rings (\u2205 = 4 mm) welded to the pipe at the sleeve edges (see photo below). The lowest valve will be placed immediately above the base of the pipe.<\/li>\n<li>The gap between the hole and the reinforcement pipe (sleeve) will be filled by pouring cement mortar through the reinforcement pipe from the lowest valve level.<\/li>\n<li>If the metal casing is used to support the hole, it will be removed after the completion of the sheath.<\/li>\n<li>Sheath injection performed at low pressure: P ~ 0.2 MPa = 2 bar.<\/li>\n<li>Once the injection of the sheath has been completed, the inside of the reinforcement pipe will be washed.<\/li>\n<li>Once the sheath has set, in any case within 24 hours, proceed with the injection valve by valve starting from the lowest valve level, using a packer.<\/li>\n<li>As an indication, the volume of grout injected will not exceed 50 lt for each valve under a residual injection pressure of less than 1 MPa (10 bar).<\/li>\n<li>The contractor must submit a report where, for each micropile, the volume of grout injected and the residual pressure values are indicated, valve by valve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243; EDIFICIO 1<\/strong><br \/><strong>Nell\u2019edificio 1, esistente, devono essere realizzate le fondazioni di nuove opere previste al suo interno, un montacarichi ed una scala in particolare.<\/strong> Sono stati previsti <strong>due plinti superficiali<\/strong> di dimensioni:<\/p><ul><li>Montacarichi: plinto 3.55m x 3.55m x 0.4m<\/li><li>Scale: plinto 4.75m x 4.3m x0.55m.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le due fondazioni sono impostate ad una quota pari a -3.97 m dal piano finito dell\u2019edificio 1.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>2. EDIFICIO 2<\/strong><br \/><strong>Per l\u2019edificio 2, di nuova costruzione, \u00e8 stata adottata una fondazione superficiale costituita da travi rovesce<\/strong>, con soletta di larghezza 140 cm o 180 cm (in funzione dell\u2019entit\u00e0 dei carichi trasmessi) e spessore 30 cm e con una nervatura di larghezza 80 cm e spessore 50 cm.<br \/>La fondazione \u00e8 impostata ad una quota pari a -1.35 m dal piano finito dell\u2019edificio 2.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna.jpg\" title_text=\"fondazioni-five-bologna\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=\"3. EDIFICIO 3\" _builder_version=\"4.9.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p><strong>3. EDIFICIO 3<\/strong><br \/>Sulla scorta delle indagini geotecniche eseguite in situ \u00e8 stato eseguito il progetto delle fondazioni dell\u2019edificio identificato con il nome \u201cEdificio 3\u201d che verr\u00e0 realizzato nel nuovo stabilimento in via Cerodolo n.2\/3, Bologna (BO).<br \/>Tale edificio \u00e8 una palazzina, destinata ad uso uffici, con 5 piani fuori terra ed \u00e8 dotata di struttura sismoresistente realizzata mediante telai in conglomerato cementizio armato.<br \/>Le fondazioni sono state calcolate secondo criteri non tradizionali, ora contemplati anche dalle normative tecniche NTC2008 al paragrafo 6.4.3.3; in particolare si \u00e8 fatto riferimento alle fondazioni miste, o com\u2019\u00e8 pi\u00f9 corretto dire, <strong>piled raft foundations [PRF]<\/strong>.<br \/>Con un progetto tradizionale, invece, nel caso si debba\/voglia per qualunque motivo impiegare dei pali (insufficiente capacit\u00e0 portante della platea superficiale, eccessivi cedimenti della stessa, particolari condizioni geotecniche, ecc.) occorre affidare agli stessi il 100% del carico, trascurando quindi il contributo offerto dalla platea di collegamento che, in quanto posta direttamente sul terreno, scarica gioco forza su di esso una parte, sensibile, del carico.<br \/><strong>Lo studio Teleios ha messo a punto un processo automatico di calcolo che ricalca il metodo PDR, che pu\u00f2 essere visto come una sua evoluzione in quanto considera la non linearit\u00e0 del comportamento dei pali (Fiorelli & Franceschini, 2014).<\/strong><br \/>Si noti nella seguente figura come, rispetto al legame costitutivo tri-lineare del PDR bibliografico, il suo perfezionamento contempli, nel range di interazione tra pali e platea, una risposta non lineare della piled raft.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-grafico.jpg\" title_text=\"fondazioni-five-bologna-grafico\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.9.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p>Sono stai previsti 45 pali tipo CFA ad elica continua del diametro di 500 mm posti ad interasse di 2500 mm, pari a 5 volte il loro diametro. La lunghezza netta di tali pali \u00e8 di 20.0 m.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-palo.jpg\" title_text=\"fondazioni-five-bologna-palo\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-sezione-y.jpg\" title_text=\"fondazioni-five-bologna-sezione-y\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.9.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p>\u00c8 stato eseguito un confronto in termini di cedimento tra il PDR (versione bibliografica e versione modificata da Teleios) e il software geotecnico di calcolo agli elementi finiti PLAXIS 2D.<br \/>Dal calcolo FEM, impiegando modelli costitutivi dei materiali (terreno, in particolare) non lineari ed anche solutori numerici non lineari, con incrementi successivi di carico, \u00e8 stata ottenuta la seguente configurazione deformata:<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-plaxis.jpg\" title_text=\"fondazioni-five-bologna-plaxis\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/tabella-configurazione-carico-five.png\" title_text=\"tabella-configurazione-carico-five\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.9.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p>Il calcolo della fondazione con il metodo PDR ha permesso di ottenere un cedimento costante, pari a:<\/p><ul><li>Calcolo in regime LINEARE del complesso palo-terreno: \u03b4 = 43.7 mm<\/li><li>Calcolo in regime NON LINEARE del complesso palo-terreno: \u03b4 = 17.5 mm<\/li><\/ul><p>Quest\u2019ultimo approccio \u00e8 quello sviluppato all\u2019interno di Teleios e consiste in uno sviluppo in ambito non lineare del metodo analitico PDR (dal nome degli autori, Poulos, Davis & Randolph).<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-cedimento-verticale.jpg\" title_text=\"fondazioni-five-bologna-cedimento-verticale\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" custom_margin=\"||5px||false|false\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.9.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>L\u2019ordine di grandezza del cedimento \u00e8 ottimamente riscontrato dal metodo analitico PDR.<\/strong><\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\"4. EDIFICI 3 SHOP ED EDIFICIO 4\" _builder_version=\"4.9.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p><strong>4. EDIFICI 3 SHOP ED EDIFICIO 4<\/strong><br \/>In funzione delle caratteristiche geomeccaniche del terreno e dei carichi trasmessi dalle strutture in elevazione, \u00e8 stata scelta per entrambi gli edifici una tipologia fondale costituita da plinti in c.c.a. sostenuti da micropali valvolati di diametro \uf066250 mm, lunghezza L = 19.0 m e valvolati negli ultimi 4.0 m.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-micropalo.jpg\" title_text=\"fondazioni-five-bologna-micropalo\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=\"5. Tecnologia palo CFA\" _builder_version=\"4.9.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p><strong>6. Tecnologia palo CFA<\/strong><br \/>Nel presente progetto sono stati impiegati pali tipo CFA ad elica continua.<br \/>La tecnologia ad elica continua ha come aspetto fondamentale una ridotta asportazione di terreno rispetto ai pali trivellati tradizionali.<br \/>Il terreno, di fatto, rimane essenzialmente nelle sue condizioni iniziali in quanto non subisce il detensionamento legato allo scavo del foro.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-tecnologia-palo.jpg\" title_text=\"fondazioni-five-bologna-tecnologia-palo\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_image src=\"https:\/\/teleios-ing.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fondazioni-five-bologna-lavorazioni-in-cantiere.jpg\" title_text=\"fondazioni-five-bologna-lavorazioni-in-cantiere\" align=\"center\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=\"6. Tecnologia palo CFA\" _builder_version=\"4.9.9\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p>La classica procedura di esecuzione \u00e8 la seguente:<\/p><ul><li>posizionamento dell\u2019attrezzatura da perforazione;<\/li><li>inizio scavo con l\u2019utensile in rotazione ed avanzamento continuo ed automatico;<\/li><li>raggiunta la profondit\u00e0 finale si comanda l\u2019apertura della punta dell\u2019utensile e si procede al getto del palo, sempre con sistema automatico computerizzato di risalita: durante la fase di getto il calcestruzzo viene immesso attraverso l\u2019asta cava e v\u00e0 a riempire il volume precedentemente occupato dal terreno. L\u2019immissione del calcestruzzo avviene in modo continuo e controllato contemporaneamente al graduale sollevamento dell\u2019utensile. Nel palo CFA non si ha quindi una fase di foro aperto da riempire con calcestruzzo, ma \u00e8 lo stesso calcestruzzo che si crea lo spazio da colmare, spingendo sempre verso l\u2019alto con una pressione positiva la base dell\u2019utensile;<\/li><li>terminato il getto si procede dopo un\u2019accurata pulizia della testa del palo per la posa in opera dell\u2019armatura metallica, che avviene con il foro riempito di calcestruzzo;<\/li><li>l\u2019unico volume di terreno rimosso \u00e8 quello che rimane intrappolato nell\u2019elica.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>6. Tecnologia micropalo valvolato<\/strong><\/p><p>Vista la peculiarit\u00e0 di questi pali, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l\u2019iniezione e la formazione del tratto valvolato, si descrivono brevemente a seguire le principali fasi di realizzazione.<\/p><ul><li>Perforazione condotta per rotazione. Ove si riscontri materiale cementato concesso uso della rotopercussione.<\/li><li>Perforazione autosostentata. Se necessario sostegno pareti del foro da realizzare mediante rivestimento metallico di adeguato diametro e spessore. \u00c8 vietato l'uso di fanghi bentonitici.<\/li><li>Lunghezza della perforazione almeno 20 cm superiore a quella teorica riportata nei disegni.<\/li><li>Eseguire pulizia del foro una volta terminata la perforazione.<\/li><li>Armatura micropalo costituita da tubolare metallico messo in opera in spezzoni giuntati da <strong>manicotti esterni<\/strong> di lunghezza superiore o uguale a 200 mm, filettati a tutta altezza, aventi sezione di acciaio utile pari alla sezione nominale del tubolare.<\/li><li>Non \u00e8 ammessa la saldatura in opera dei tubi di armatura.<\/li><li>Tubo di armatura chiuso al fondo con un fondello metallico.<\/li><li>\u00c8 indicata nel disegno la parte del tubo equipaggiata con valvole a manchette per l'iniezione di seconda fase in pressione.<\/li><li><strong>Valvole a manchette<\/strong>: manicotti in gomma spessore minimo 3.5 mm, aderenti al tubo, mantenuti in posizione mediante anelli in fili di acciaio (\u2205 = 4 mm) saldati al tubo in corrispondenza dei bordi del manicotto (vedi foto che segue).
