This machinery is located next to the existing industrial shed, to which access is given by removing part of the side closing panels.
The metal structure in question, with a rectangular mesh of 10 x 3.80 sq.m. and a height of about 14 m, has been built to contain the automatic warehouse and to connect it to the existing shed.

There is only one floor, the covering one, as all the internal space has been left free to house the machinery.
Access to the roof, for maintenance operations, is guaranteed by three flights of prefabricated metal stairs.
At the second landing level of the aforesaid stairs, a metal gangway has been realized in overhang for the access to the roof of the adjacent industrial shed of the Client company.
The machinery and the metal structure are founded on a superficial slab in cast-in-place reinforced concrete, to which the pillars of the superstructure and the automatic warehouse are anchored.
The slab has a footprint area of 7.40 x 6.40 square meters, and a maximum thickness of 1.10 m; the connection with the metal structure is made by means of anchor bolts embedded in the concrete casting.

Il magazzino automatico ha dimensioni planimetriche di 3,60 x 2,80 mq circa ed altezza pari a circa 12,70 m. Tale macchinario \u00e8 situato di fianco al capannone industriale esistente, al quale viene dato accesso rimuovendo parte delle pannellature laterali di chiusura.
La struttura metallica in oggetto, con maglia rettangolare pari a 10 x 3,80 mq ed altezza pari a circa 14 m, \u00e8 stata realizzata proprio allo scopo di contenere al suo interno il magazzino automatico e per
collegare questo al capannone esistente, cos\u00ec da dare continuit\u00e0 e riparo ai luoghi di lavoro.
\u00c8 presente un unico solaio, quello di copertura, in quanto tutto lo spazio interno \u00e8 stato lasciato libero per alloggiare il macchinario.
L'accesso al coperto, per operazioni di manutenzione, \u00e8 garantito mediante tre rampe di scale metalliche prefabbricate.
Al secondo livello di sbarco delle suddette scale \u00e8 stata realizzata una passerella metallica in aggetto per l'accesso alla copertura dell'adiacente capannone industriale della ditta Committente.
Il macchinario e la struttura metallica sono fondati su una platea superficiale in c.c.a. gettato in opera, alla quale sono ancorati i pilastri della sovrastruttura ed anche il magazzino automatico.
La platea ha un'area d'impronta di 7,40 x 6,40 mq, ed uno spessore massimo di 1,10 m; il collegamento con la struttura metallica avviene mediante tirafondi annegati nel getto di cls.
Vita nominale: ai sensi dell'art. 2.4 del D.M. 14\/01\/2008 il calcolatore strutturale ha previsto che le strutture debbano avere una vita nominale di 50 anni, una classe d'uso pari a II, cui corrisponde un periodo di riferimento per l'azione sismica di 50 anni.<\/p>
