S.r.l.<br \/><strong>SERVICES RENDERED<\/strong>: structural executive project<br \/><strong>AMOUNT OF WORKS<\/strong>: 150.000\u20ac<br \/><strong>BEGINNING\/END OF WORKS<\/strong>: 2009-2010<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;PROJECT DESCRIPTION&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.10.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROJECT DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the context of the construction of the new Department of Emergency and Urgency at the Polyclinic of Siena, the work has provided the constructive design of the workshop and the structural calculation of the three multi-storey metal walkways necessary for the connection between the new building and the existing polyclinic. It has been decided to redefine all the profiles and the connection typologies realizing exclusively elements to be assembled with bolted unions. In order to be coherent with the executive design of the whole structural complex, the calculation method used was that of the Allowable Tensions according to the various D.M.del 1996.<\/p>\n<p><em>1. North-East Footbridge<\/em><br \/>The structure is composed of four walkable decks with a reticular scheme on the horizontal plane and a non-passable roof deck. The walkable decks are completed with corrugated sheet metal slabs and collaborating casting but<br \/>without solidarization with metal beams. To the reticular decks is entrusted the static function of transferring the wind thrusts and, to a lesser extent, the seismic ones, in correspondence of the existing structural elements in reinforced concrete. A vertical structure with a mixed lattice-Vierendel static scheme acts mainly as a vertical constraint for all the decks. On the roof, lacking the constraint distrutture in c.c.a. to the plan, it is realized a system of bracing in the wall.<br \/>The connection of the columns to the bottom structures is made by means of base plate and anchor bolts. The walkway is released from the existing polyclinic building by means of seismic joints while the anchorage to the floors between the decks and the new building is made with heavy chemical systems.<\/p>\n<p><em>2. North-West footbridge [3S]<\/em><br \/>The structural conception of the work foresees a reticular prismatic solid with quadrilateral section, anchored to two reinforced concrete partitions from which two rectangular section truss brackets project. The pedestrian deck is the lower one while the upper deck has only a covering function, both decks have a reticular structure. The floor does not cooperate with the metal beams. The walkway is free from the buildings under construction and existing through seismic joints of appropriate thickness in order to avoid hammering phenomena. The connection of the columns of the prismatic solid to the underlying reinforced concrete walls is made by means of a base plate and heavy duty chemical anchors.<\/p>\n<p><em>3. North-West Footbridge [1S-2S]<\/em><br \/>The structure is composed of three reticular pedestrian decks on the horizontal plane, completed with corrugated sheet metal floors and concrete casting but without solidarization with the metal beams. The horizontal reticular decks have the static function of transferring the aeolian thrusts in correspondence of the existing reinforced concrete floors. The vertical loads are supported by wall trusses. A pair of round tube columns transfers part of the vertical loads to the foundations, while a round tube column and various heavy anchoring systems transfer all the remaining stresses of the metal structure to the existing reinforced concrete structures of the new building. The connection of the columns to the foundation structures is made by means of a base plate and anchor bolts. The connection of the deck beams to the existing reinforced concrete walls is made by means of heavy anchorage systems. S.r.l.<br \/><strong>PRESTAZIONI SVOLTE<\/strong>: progetto esecutivo strutturale<br \/><strong>IMPORTO DELLE OPERE<\/strong>: 150.000\u20ac<br \/><strong>INIZIO\/FINE LAVORI<\/strong>: 2009-2010<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\"DESCRIZIONE PROGETTO\" _builder_version=\"4.9.11\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p><strong>DESCRIZIONE PROGETTO<\/strong><\/p><p>Nel contesto della costruzione del nuovo dipartimento di emergenza ed urgenza presso il policlinico senese, il lavoro ha previsto la progettazione costruttiva d'officina ed il calcolo strutturale delle tre passerelle metalliche multipiano necessarie al collegamento tra il nuovo corpo di fabbrica ed il policlinico esistente. Si \u00e8 optato di ridefinire tutti i profili e le tipologie di collegamento realizzando esclusivamente elementi da assemblare con unioni bullonate. Per coerenza con la progettazione esecutiva di tutto il complesso strutturale, il metodo di calcolo utilizzato \u00e8 stato quello delle Tensioni ammissibili secondo i vari D.M.del 1996.<\/p><p><em>1. Passerella Nord-Est<\/em><br \/>La struttura \u00e8 composta da quattro impalcati pedonabili a schema reticolare sul piano orizzontale ed un impalcato di copertura non praticabile. Gli impalcati pedonabili sono completati con solai in lamiera grecata e getto collaborante ma<br \/>senza solidarizzazione con le travi metalliche. Agli impalcati reticolari \u00e8 affidata la funzione statica di trasferire le spinte eoliche e, in minor misura di quelle sismiche, in corrispondenza degli elementi strutturali esistenti in c.c.a. Una struttura verticale a schema statico misto tralicciato-Vierendel funge prevalentemente da vincolo verticale pertutti gli impalcati. Sulla copertura, mancando il vincolo distrutture in c.c.a. al piano, si realizza un sistema di controventamento in parete.<br \/>Il collegamento delle colonne alle strutture fondali avviene mediante piastra di base e tirafondi. La passerella \u00e8 svincolata dal fabbricato del policlinico esistente mediante giunti sismici mentre l'ancoraggio ai pianitra impalcati e nuovo edificio \u00e8 realizzato con sistemi chimici pesanti.<\/p><p><em>2. Passerella Nord-Ovest [3S]<\/em><br \/>La concezione strutturale dell'opera prevede un solido prismatico reticolare a sezione quadrilatera, ancorato a due setti in c.c.a. dal quale aggettano due mensole tralicciate a sezione rettangolare. L'impalcato pedonabile \u00e8 quello inferiore mentre l'impalcato superiore ha solo funzione di copertura, entrambi gli impalcati possiedono struttura reticolare. Il solaio non collabora con le travi metalliche. La passerella \u00e8 svincolata dagli edifici in costruzione ed esistente mediante giunti sismici di opportuno spessore onde evitare fenomeni di martellamento. Il collegamento delle colonne del solido prismatico ai setti in c.c.a. sottostanti avviene mediante piastra di base ed ancoraggi chimici di tipo pesante.<\/p><p><em>3. Passerella Nord-Ovest [1S-2S]<\/em><br \/>La struttura \u00e8 composta da tre impalcati pedonabili a schema reticolare sul piano orizzontale, completati con solai in lamiera grecata e getto collaborante di cls ma senza solidarizzazio ne con le travi metalliche. Agli impalcati reticolari orizzontali \u00e8 affidata la funzione statica di trasferire le spinte eoliche in corrispondenza dei solai esistenti in c.c.a. I carichi verticali sono sopportati da reticolari di parete. Una coppia di colonne in profilo tubolare tondo trasferisce quota parte dei carichi verticali alle fondazioni, mentre una colonna in tubo tondo e vari sistemi di ancoraggio pesante trasferiscono tutte le rimanenti sollecitazioni della struttura metallica alle esistenti strutture in c.c.a. del nuovo fabbricato. Il collegamento delle colonne alle strutture fondali avviene mediante piastra di base e tirafondi. l collegamento delle travi d'impalcato ai setti in c.c.a. esistenti \u00e8 realizzato con sistemi d'ancoraggio pesante.
