INSTALLATIONS WITHIN THE WORKS OF RESTORATION AND SEISMIC IMPROVEMENT OF THE NEW SEAT OF THE TOWN HALL.

The activity carried out by Ing. Pierpaolo Semproli concerns all the plants, both as Direction of Works and as Design of the general variant that has affected all the plants, for a total amount of 1,240,000 euros:

In particular, these are:
MECHANICAL SYSTEMS (in the amount of 644,000 euros):

• Fan coil heating and cooling system powered by heat pumps driven by endothermic gas engine;
• Mechanical ventilation system connected to the same heat pumps;
• All-air heating and cooling system dedicated to the Council Chamber connected to the same heat pumps;
• Hydro-sanitary system with domestic hot water treatment obtained with electric air heat pumps;
• Water adduction system;
• Used water drainage system;
• Hydrant network;
• Fire-fighting pressurization group.

ELECTRICAL AND SPECIAL SYSTEMS (amounting to 596,000 euros):

• low voltage main distribution networks;
• low voltage secondary distribution networks;
• LV distribution switchboards
  Ÿ FM terminal distribution
  Ÿ lighting terminal distribution;
• normal and safety internal lighting systems;
• grounding and equipotentiality system;
• atmospheric discharge protection system;
• smoke and fire detection system;
• sound system for evacuation;
• sound system for the Council Chamber;
• telephone system and data transmission;
• intercom system
• call system;
• video surveillance and anti-intrusion system;
• BMS supervision and control system.
