PROJECT DESCRIPTION

OFFICINA
The workshop space has been rethought in function of the reduction of the dead spaces inside the building, of the reduction of the internal routes of the heavy vehicles, of a barycentric location of the chief office, of a coordination activity of the operators inside the workshop and of the incoming vehicles coming from outside.

Building interventions:

  • demolition of curtain walls for the opening of new entrances, doors or windows;
  • building works including the realization of masonry, partitions, plastering and painting, flooring;
  • applications of plasterboard and polyurethane foam wall coverings to improve thermal efficiency;
  • realization of false ceilings with relative insulation;
  • assembly of light metal carpentry;
  • assembly of new external frames in place of existing ones.

Plant engineering adaptations:

  • realization of mechanical and aeraulic systems;
  • realization of electrical, telephony, data and safety systems.

 

OFFICES, LOCKER ROOMS AND CANTEEN
The intervention has provided for the removal of the previous premises for office use with a newly created service area. Interventions were also planned to adapt the locker rooms from a hygienic and functional point of view, as well as to resize the company canteen within the same volume, making it appropriate to the service that will have to operate.

Building interventions:

  • internal demolition of false ceilings, coatings, floors, walls, hydro-sanitary appliances and plant elements in view, external and internal windows and doors;
  • building works including the construction of masonry, partitions, false walls, plastering and painting, flooring;
  • implementation of thermal corrections with injections of polyurethane resin;
  • implementation of false ceilings;
  • building assistance to plant works;
  • assembly of light metal carpentry;
  • assembly of new external windows in place of existing ones;
  • replacement of glass only on the windows of new offices.

Plant engineering adaptations:

  • realization of the plumbing, sewage, mechanical and aeraulic systems;
  • realization of electrical, voice, data and security systems.
